There arent good waning arcanes so going for two 23,1% radials and a 27,2% is usually optimal for arcane BUT on cane triple arc%+flat arc gets higher ar, so normal cane+10 is the way to go with arc%+arc.

Always make specialized builds in Bloodborne. So, unless you want the old hunter bone, don't waste on arcane. Make a new special build for arcane by levelling it up till 50.
