Audio is still there, but I can't adjust the volume, change the channel, switch sources, turn the screen off, etc. So black screen and completely frozen. Right now I am just locked on a particular radio station with no ability to do anything else.This isn't helpful on a highway, though. I commented that I wished there were a way to reboot the infotainment system without stopping the car. Well, after some Googling, and experimentation, I'm happy to report success! Press and hold the power button on the infotainment system (NOT the main car pwr button) for about 5 seconds.The second time I had to reset the system. I went (on the truck) to settings-> System -> Reset options -> Restart in safe mode. In the on screen instructions it says to shut down engine, open door, close door, then wait 1 min at least (I waited 3 to 5). Started back up and it immediately started working right.
