Resurgence is kinda meh, fast healer is much better especially in combo with Glutton. For the last perk, Glutton for Punishment is probably the best perk in the game for a defensive fighter. I haven't played around with Last Stand tbf but I doubt I'd perfer it over glutton, I rarely get below half health anyways while using Glutton.
